A Joint Start with Special Photos
Before the technical topics on the agenda were addressed, the unique venue was first used for a group photo session. In addition to indoor photos of the executive board and authorized signatories, a new team photo was also taken with all colleagues in attendance.
A special highlight followed outside: The entire team formed the QA logo on the grounds. This moment was captured from the air with the help of a drone. We’re already looking forward to sharing these photos very soon.
Ice Cream as a Surprise for the 25th Anniversary
An ice cream truck provided a welcome treat in the afternoon—a gift from Klotz und Gangloff GmbH in Eschweiler to celebrate our company’s 25th anniversary. It was a lovely gesture that the entire team especially appreciated given the summery temperatures.

A Look Back, a Look Ahead, and Two Special Presentations
The session then continued with a focus on content. Managing Directors Christian Fritz and Andreas Fritz led the team through a detailed presentation. In addition to current developments and key topics related to quality automation, the presentation also centered on strategic issues and a shared look toward the future.
The presentation was complemented by two special talks by Dr. Timo Minartz, who provided additional insights into current topics in the field of application development.
A Closer Look at QA Business Units
The technical portion of the event concluded with a presentation by Michael Fritz on our QA business units.
Using the recently updated QA brand presentation, the various divisions and services of Quality Automation were introduced and explored in greater depth. Particular emphasis was placed on the synergies between our business units and on how we can better integrate our diverse areas of expertise.
After all, this is precisely where one of our strengths lies: not viewing automation, software, data, digitalization, and engineering in isolation, but rather thinking of them as interconnected solutions for our customers.
One team, one location, a shared vision for the future
A varied afternoon filled with exciting insights, important discussions, shared moments, and, of course, some ice cream came to an end.
The team meeting demonstrated once again how important personal interaction and a shared perspective on our development are. And the historic setting of the Zinkhütter Hof provided a special backdrop for the event.
