Tailor-made with the highest quality

Whether large or small systems, special machine construction or series production, our electrical design department drafts the circuit diagram and the control cabinet in accordance with all currently valid standards and guidelines. Our production department then assembles your individual control cabinet and commissions it on site together with our electricians. We guarantee the best quality, a long service life and maximum safety, as we only ever install high-quality components and every control cabinet is tested according to our own high safety standards.

Project example

As a Certified Excellence Solution Partner of Bosch Rexroth, we use, for example, the IndraDrive ML HMU05 universal inverters, with both air and water cooling, for our customers. Both systems have energy-efficient mains regeneration and can be used in power ranges up to 4MW.

While the liquid-cooled inverter with a compact and significantly smaller design can be installed several times and thus more sustainably in a control cabinet and is mainly worthwhile for several smaller drives or an already existing cooling system, the air-cooled HMU05 can be used flexibly for one drive, e.g. in the course of a retrofit.

Quality Automation GmbH also supplies the complete package of the highest quality for these new and complex systems. The control cabinet is developed in our own large design department and assembled by our production department. The new system is then commissioned at your premises and handed over to you with detailed documentation.
