New team mem­bers receive inten­sive sup­port and expert training.


In our mod­ern offices we are always equipped with the lat­est hard­ware and soft­ware. This is the only way we can guar­an­tee pleas­ant work­ing con­di­tions and a smooth work­ing day. Whether it’s a com­pa­ny cell phone, home office or snacks and drinks — we focus on the work-life bal­ance. The joint lunch break in our gar­den area encour­ages a lit­tle time out from the dai­ly work routine.

Working hours

It is impor­tant to us to allow a bal­ance between work and free time. There­fore, you can flex­i­bly arrange your work­ing hours with us and, if you wish, work part-time on a per­ma­nent or tem­po­rary basis. We val­ue the work of our employ­ees very much, which is why we have a fair over­time pol­i­cy with a flex­itime account and over­time pay. For busi­ness trips, the fol­low­ing applies: trav­el time equals work­ing time.
