7th Entre­pre­neur Day of the Aachen Indus­try Dialogue

The 7th Entrepreneurs' Day of the Aachen Industry Dialogue took place on 30.11.2023. 250 representatives from 70 companies gathered for a lively exchange on Aachen's industrial landscape. Quality Automation GmbH expressed pride in their participation and thanked attendees for fruitful discussions.

On 30.11.2023, the 7th Entre­pre­neurs’ Day of the Aachen Indus­try Dia­logue opened its doors in the impres­sive set­ting of the Coro­na­tion Hall in Aachen City Hall under the mot­to “A region with pow­er”. Framed by the colour­ful hus­tle and bus­tle of the Christ­mas mar­ket on Katschhof and Mark­t­platz, a live­ly, infor­ma­tive and excit­ing exchange devel­oped between region­al com­pa­nies, rep­re­sen­ta­tives of Aachen Uni­ver­si­ty of Applied Sci­ences and local politi­cians. 250 rep­re­sen­ta­tives from 70 com­pa­nies came togeth­er here to get an all-round view of Aachen as an indus­tri­al centre.

Aachen’s Lord May­or Sibylle Keu­pen, who is the patron of the Aachen Indus­try Dia­logue togeth­er with Dr. Tim Grüt­te­meier, mem­ber of the Aachen Region­al Coun­cil, wel­comed the audi­ence and opened the pro­gramme, which was mod­er­at­ed by Robert Ess­er, Aach­en­er Zeitung, and Petra Pauli, car e. V..

We at Qual­i­ty Automa­tion GmbH have been based in the Aachen region for 23 years now and have recent­ly been proud of our active par­tic­i­pa­tion in the Aachen Indus­try Dia­logue. It is always a great plea­sure for us to accom­pa­ny the future-ori­ent­ed devel­op­ment of a diverse cor­po­rate land­scape in the Aachen region in this way. From start-ups and fam­i­ly busi­ness­es to large com­pa­nies, we see indus­try here as a dri­ver of inno­va­tion. We would like to take this oppor­tu­ni­ty to thank all inter­est­ed par­ties and vis­i­tors to our event stand once again for the infor­ma­tive dis­cus­sions and very con­struc­tive exchange of information.

Info: The Aachen Indus­try Dialogue

The Aachen Indus­try Dia­logue has been tak­ing place since 2015 and entered its 7th round this year. It is an open net­work for indus­try in the StädteRe­gion Aachen and sup­ports, among oth­er things, the trans­fer between Aachen’s uni­ver­si­ties and indus­try. The “Made in Aachen” seal of qual­i­ty is award­ed annu­al­ly. This year’s win­ners were Theod. Mahr Söhne GmbH from Aachen, QUIP AG from Baesweil­er and Müller Maschi­nen­tech­nik GmbH from Düren were hon­oured this year. In the opin­ion of the jury, they have ren­dered exem­plary ser­vices to pro­duc­tion, train­ing and co-oper­a­tion in the Aachen region.
