The efficient mapping of business processes
QAenterprise’s standard functions include applications for personnel and project management, tools for managing materials, operating resources, capital and balance sheets. Processes not previously seen in the context of standard ERP systems can also be quickly mapped and integrated.
The previous Windows interface through the use of Access as the front-end ensures a high level of user acceptance and enables the connection of o‑ther Office products. A well thought-out user control with rights management enables the release of different functions, as well as a tailored presentation of the user interface per employee. The database is encrypted and protected with the latest methods and can be operated in a client-server architecture as well as stand-alone.
The browser-based solution
Using the .NET web framework Blazor from Microsoft, QAenterprise has now developed a web application. Using the object-oriented programming language C#, a browser-based solution was created that offers our employees considerable advantages. With a login by username and password it is now possible to use the application from everywhere. Whether in the home office, on the construction site, at the customer’s or during travel time, employees can record their working hours, manage cost centers or view the control center for planning. The only requirement is a VPN connection to our internal network. This is established quickly and securely on the PC via VPN tool or on the smartphone via any VPN app. ‑Afterwards, all applications are available. Classic databases such as Microsoft Access as well as modern database architectures are still supported and the data does not have to be stored in a cloud.
Individuality is the top priority
A major advantage is that not only the applications of our ERP system QA-enterprise can be modularly and flexibly adapted to our customers, but also new browser-based solution can be individually functionally extended and adapted. The look and feel of the graphical user interface can be tailored exclusively to each customer.
