Since the foundation in 2000 it means a lot to the two managing directors Heinz Monnartz and Michael Fritz that QA not only convince the numerous customers by an outstanding project coordination but also that they lead the steadily growing company on highest level. Now with more than 20 employees.
But not only the number of employees increases. The number of customers also constantly grows. Even if in case of new customers, e.g. from automobile or food industry, our performance is highly appreciated without quality management system Mr. Monnartz and Mr. Fritz nevertheless decided to work out and introduce such a system. Quickly Andreas Limpens was named Quality Management Agent (QMB), Uwe Bauerdick became his representative and both were authorized to start the realization.
There after the work started and dozens of text pages were made by several employees. Highly motivated we looked for procedures in order to improve the organization of the already well managed company. We wondered about safety at work regarding the different customers and behold: the work pays off.
Not only a successfully passed external certification audit but rather the benefit for all employees and the managing directors taken out of this system makes Heinz Monnartz and Michael Fritz very proud. It was not expected that the common developing and introducing of such a QM system is of such a benefit to the company Quality Automation, that the team spirit is encouraged and that all employees not only adopt such a system – but live it.
