New Technology for our Company!

As a long-standing Premium Solution Partner of Mitsubishi Electric Europe – Industrial Automation, we are excited to have received a new exhibition wall featuring the latest hardware modules and technologies in the field of predictive maintenance. This innovative platform offers numerous advantages that make future automation solutions even more efficient and future-proof.

The technology enables full integration into the Mitsubishi environment and includes advanced vibration analysis. This analysis can detect potential failures early by evaluating vibration patterns. The exhibition wall allows for the simulation of errors to demonstrate how potential weak points can be identified preventively.

A special highlight is the panel of the exhibition wall, showcasing the iQ-R controller as well as two remote modules with CC-Link IE Field Basic, which can be operated directly at the CPU interface. Additionally, two inverters are integrated, also supporting CC-Link IE Field Basic. The system is further complemented by main and auxiliary contactors, as well as the Energy Monitoring Unit (EMU), which enables efficient energy control.

Operational benefits

By linking multiple sensors within the sensor control system, the control unit can analyze operational anomalies and trigger defined alarm conditions when a review is necessary. The SCM analysis provides detailed diagnostics and recommendations for troubleshooting when needed. Maintenance personnel receive precise information about the root cause of errors, along with suggestions for corrective actions. Additionally, this data can be forwarded to higher-level systems for comprehensive trend analysis.

Predictive maintenance offers numerous benefits:

  • Early fault detection, months before a possible failure
  • Reliable online monitoring of machines
  • Intelligent process monitoring
  • Easy installation and intuitive operation
  • Long-term storage of recorded data
  • Flexible, expandable system
  • Comprehensive service for machine diagnostics

Functionality

The Smart Condition Monitoring System supports a wide range of diagnostic functions, including the detection of rolling bearing damage, imbalances, misalignment, insufficient lubrication, and temperature measurements. It can also detect cavitation, phase failures, and resonance frequencies.

A big thank you to Mitsubishi Electric for their support and trust in our partnership! We look forward to many more innovative projects with this powerful technology.
