FH-schol­ar­ship hold­ers vis­it Qual­i­ty Automa­tion GmbH

Within the scope of the FH scholarship program a group of scholarship holders will attend the company Quality Automation in Stolberg on 24th April 2013.

With­in the scope of the FH schol­ar­ship pro­gram a group of schol­ar­ship hold­ers will attend the com­pa­ny Qual­i­ty Automa­tion in Stol­berg on 24th April 2013. Twen­ty stu­dents of all fac­ul­ties will expe­ri­ence here how indus­tri­al automa­tion projects are real­ized form the first step of plan­ning to the com­plete inte­gra­tion. They are accom­pa­nied by Prof. Elmar Engels, expert at the FH Aachen in the field of automa­tion technology.

Qual­i­ty Automa­tion GmbH enables a stu­dent of the study pro­gram elec­tri­cal engi­neer­ing with spe­cial field automa­tion tech­nol­o­gy already for the sec­ond time to pass the stud­ies in a more con­cen­trat­ed and effi­cient way. In addi­tion to the finan­cial sup­port the con­tact to the com­pa­ny is of major impor­tance for the stu­dents: study works, prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence and last but not least long time prac­ti­cal expe­ri­ence of the employ­ers are a big enrich­ment for the young talents.

Every year the FH Aachen awards schol­ar­ships to stu­dents com­ing to 300 Euro a month.

One half will be spon­sored by NRW and the fed­er­a­tion the oth­er by spon­sors of the econ­o­my. Next to finan­cial sup­port the spon­sors offer prac­ti­cal train­ings and pos­si­bil­i­ties for final projects to the schol­ar­ship holders.

The schol­ar­ship pro­gram is kept alive by the sup­port of spon­sors. Owing to the fol­low­ing enter­pris­es and insti­tu­tions the uni­ver­si­ty could offer 64 schol­ar­ships in win­ter semes­ter 2012/2013:
