Quality Automation GmbH participated with great success in the 11th Aachen Business Run with the team “QA – Innovation On Speed.” After several years of participation, the Aachen Business Run has become a fixed date in our calendar, and we were all the more delighted to be able to start again this year, even after the 10th anniversary last year. As a team, we collectively decided on the 6.6 km distance.
On the course around Pascalstraße in Aachen-Oberforstbach, the QA team started at 4:45 PM. Many colleagues had already begun their training preparations weeks in advance and were looking forward to the well-organized and great sporting event.
With loud support from numerous QA fans, we ran two laps through the Oberforstbach industrial area and over the grounds of SCHUMAG AG. After about 30 minutes, our first colleague crossed the finish line on Pascalstraße to thunderous applause.
After all runners had received their hard-earned finisher shirts and were well supplied with various food and drinks, the QA team celebrated the sporting success a bit before everyone headed into a well-deserved weekend.
